Great question Jason. Trump is disorganized, impulsive, hyperactive, and distracted EVERY DAY - that is his ADHD. When he has certain important presentations to make, he sometimes takes a stimulant, presumably Adderall, and on those days he is LESS hyperactive, MORE coherent in his speech, and his pupils are hugely dilated.
