I believe that the neuroscience indicates that for some individuals pornography viewing, gaming, gambling, and perhaps junk food consumption behaviors resemble what is going on in the brains of those addicted to substances. I think that most of what he writes is accurate for most people, but I think it fails to address those people for whom certain behaviors have become destructive forces.
