I have one patient who has obtained some relief for his CRPS pain from ketamine. He found several ketamine clinics in the Chicago and Minneapolis areas that were willing to treat him. The caveats would be that he has required massive doses (up to ten times what has been used to treat depression) and his relief has not been complete. He did a lot of research into different clinics but found the biggest barrier to be that many clinics didn’t work with insurance, and his insurance would only reimburse for these treatments from a few centers. HIPAA guidelines prevent me from saying too much more.
