I was doing a thought experiment in which the majority of the world had ADHD-like brains. Then airlines might work not with prearranged schedules, but rather by having planes stationed in appropriate airports, and when "enough" people arrived to go from Seattle to San Francisco, or wherever, the plane would take off. They would know which routes are most popular, and be aware of the timing of seasonal and topical trends to make the distribution of planes most effective.

Maybe such a workplace model could start with outpatient psychiatry offices. (Although I've been dismayed at how many therapy groups in San Francisco have maintained only a video presence, not resuming live groups in the post-COVID world, purely because of the convenience of the therapists. It seems counter therapeutic.

The next step of the thought experiment was wondering how many of the objections to such a system are just biases in our current mindset that value "efficiency".
