If Abilify is affecting other medications, it is probably not their absorption or excretion, since it is a very weak base itself (pKa of 7.6). Other drugs can affect the metabolism (breakdown) of Abilify, but I haven't seen that Abilify is likely to strongly affect the metabolism of other drugs.
