I’m not sure why or how acknowledging that the actions and speech of a president can have a huge impact on the mental health of individuals detracts from other biological, psychological, or sociological factors that can also influence mental health. Particularly when the actions and inactions of the 45th president led to death and destruction beyond what this country has seen in decades.
