I'm quite happy to have received the COVID vaccine. The evidence is overwhelming that it saved lives. That doesn't mean it was free of side effects, some quite serious. But many more were helped than harmed by it.

The cognitive dissonance isn't at our end, it is plaguing those who are trying to justify having voted for an individual who manifestly doesn't respect so much of what America has stood for over the last quarter millennium.
