In addition to lifestyle, we also need to work on changing social conditions throughout the world, so that poverty, discrimination, and war (among others) don't threaten people's lives. But we also know that some individuals, even world class athletes who are eating well, sleeping well, and have advantages in life, also can become mired in depression. Healthy physical lives support healthy mental lives, but they don't guarantee them.
