It's certainly a possibility that we will see that over time. But given that people are already looking for thyroid and pancreatic cancers, and so many millions are already taking these drugs, with no clear association with those problems so far, I would be surprised if that becomes a big issue. Usually, when you have such large numbers, at least some people who are particularly vulnerable start showing signs of problems fairly early on.
