My mind is clouded by wondering about the physics of the very rare occasions of raining fish or frogs. I guess it's easier to figure out than the reigning heads of Europe. But cirrus-ly, is it just powerful winds that sweep up tiny critters and keep them aloft until they come down with the rain?
