Thank you for bringing up an important angle about dementia affecting the behavior of some older individuals, and how inappropriate sexual behavior can become part of their repertoire.

In the case I described, I'm not of any other indications in this man's life that he was having problems with memory or behavior, nor did he display any other dementia like behaviors in the next several years, so I don't think that his actions can be attributed to the disinhibitions of Alzheimer's.
