Thanks for posting this well written article that doesn't hide your anger with the medical establishment. The comparison with AIDS rings true. I remember trying to share a 1982 article in Science with my medical classmates. It was warning of a potential epidemic, but everyone I showed it to dismissed AIDS as a trivial problem that might at most affect a few homosexuals.........
