So many pundits dismiss Trump's not even reading the dumbed-down briefing papers that his staff prepared for him, as purely as sign of his narcissism. But I see the presence of ADHD as more fundamentally involved here. Again, most narcissists would want to at least appear to be well informed, which so often Trump doesn't even attempt at the most simple level.
