The Second Amendment has the crystal clear qualifier indicating it is directed at a "well regulated militia". It does not condone, approve, encourage, or say anything else about other gun rights. The Founding Fathers did not put clauses like that narrowing our other rights. They didn't say that to have free speech we must preserve the right to have town criers on every town corner or a daily newspaper in ever city.
