There's a significant difference here. Ozempic is directly acting on brain receptors in reward centers (and other pathways) in the brain. Tasting sugar may trigger pathways that eventually activate dopamine reward centers, just as watching fireworks might do the same. But that doesn't mean that there are glucose or fireworks receptors in the brain.
