To be fair to Trump, all lies aren't created equal. Accordion hands seems to refer to when he tells premeditated, intentional deceits. But he also just lies reflexively, as well as just spouting nonsense off the top of his head (bleach to treat COVID) that he doesn't even expect anyone will take seriously.
