Yes, you caught that I was mixing and matching different sections of their paper in an attempt to distill the take home messages. The first three items are aspects of the standard and validated measures of personality/character. Retinal vasculature is certainly a different type of data than personality measures.

The paper explained that the retina is more accessible than the brain, and that developmentally the vasculature of the eye and brain share similar origins, so that by examining retinal blood vessels one could get a proxy measure of blood brain vessels, and indirectly, brain health. They reported on arteriole and venule "calibers" in one of their tables.
